About this project

Working closely with their partners, Wadsbro built a Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) and 2 major bridge structures.
The city initially requested a completion date of May 2010 and had planned to direct traffic to a single lane with flaggers for at least a year. Wadsbro and their partners suggested instead a full closure and detour, bringing forward the completion day and restoring normal traffic by Thanksgiving – just in time for Black Friday.
